Prepare for your appointment

Some people find it helpful to spend time thinking about what they hope to get out of therapy or what they want to talk about. If it helps, feel free to jot down some notes and bring them with you. Others prefer to be more spontaneous and simply show up—the choice is yours!

If you’ve booked an online appointment, there are a few other things to consider before attending your appointment.
