I’m Michelle Lehoux, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I offer in-person therapy in Kingston, Ontario as well as virtual sessions for clients across Ontario.
I work with adults, teens, children, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life challenges.
Evening and weekend appointments are available to help accommodate busy schedules.

Talk therapy should fit into your life, not add stress to it. That’s why I offer flexible appointment options to suit your needs, including evening and weekend appointments for working professionals. Sessions are available both in-person and virtually, giving you the freedom to choose what works best for your lifestyle. Current clients also have the option to book walk and talk therapy.
