Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. How often we meet will depend on your needs, goals, preferences, and availability. Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly appointments, while others prefer less frequent sessions. We can discuss what feels like the right fit for you and adjust the frequency over time as needed.
