Healing Happens in Connection
A Structured Evidence-Based Approach
The Benefits of Group Therapy
- You’re not alone. Hearing others share familiar feelings or challenges can reduce shame and isolation, while helping you feel seen and supported.
- Relational insight. Groups provide a space to explore how you relate to others and practice healthier communication, boundaries, and empathy in real time.
- Cost-effective support. Group sessions are offered at a lower rate than individual therapy, making regular therapeutic work more accessible.
- Skill-building in community. You’ll gain insight from both the therapist and fellow group members, learning from others’ perspectives while also building your own voice.
- Confidence and connection. Many people find that the courage it takes to speak in a group translates into greater confidence in everyday relationships.
