CBT GROUP THERAPY
Anxiety and Worry: Reclaiming Your Calm
Group Description
This therapy group is designed to support adults who feel stuck in cycles of chronic worry and anxious overthinking. Rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), each session offers practical tools to help you better understand your anxiety, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build greater tolerance for uncertainty.
Week by week, we’ll explore topics such as how worry develops, what keeps it going, and how to gently shift your focus back to the present. The group combines psychoeducation, guided practice, and meaningful discussion to help you step out of anxiety loops and approach life with more calm and clarity.
You’ll receive a weekly PDF with key concepts, worksheets, and strategies to reduce mental noise, problem-solve more effectively, and reclaim a greater sense of ease in your daily life.
