Fees
Therapy is a meaningful step toward improving your well-being and future. I understand that it’s also a financial commitment and it’s one you’re making thoughtfully.
INVESTING IN YOURSELF
The True Cost of Therapy
Therapy asks a lot, not just emotionally, but practically too. It’s more than just the fee. It’s making time in your already full schedule. It’s the emotional energy of opening up when you’re used to holding it all in. It’s showing up on the hard days, not just the good ones. It’s allowing yourself to be seen, even when that feels uncomfortable. And sometimes, it’s choosing to hope—just a little—when you’re not sure you have much left. I want to acknowledge the weight of it all, and the thoughtfulness behind choosing to be here. It’s okay to wonder if it’s “worth it.”
