Therapy Services

No matter your age or stage of life, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and grow. I provide individual therapy, couples counselling, and support for children and teens—meeting you where you are, and working together toward where you want to be.

Therapy services offered:

Therapy offers a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or a desire for deeper meaning, I’ll work with you to better understand your experiences and support you in creating lasting change.

Relationships can be both deeply rewarding and deeply challenging. I help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate transitions together — whether you’re working to stay connected, repair after a rupture, or separate with care and clarity.

Adolescence is a time of rapid change, self-discovery, and pressure. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where teens can explore what’s on their mind, learn emotional coping strategies, and develop confidence as they navigate this complex stage of life.

Children express themselves in many ways — sometimes through words, but often through behaviour. I support children in making sense of their emotions, building resilience, and strengthening their relationships at home and school, all through developmentally appropriate, play-informed approaches.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for more clarity and fulfillment in life, therapy can be a great step. It’s a space to gain insight, process emotions, and develop tools to handle challenges. Whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating relationships, or facing a major transition, therapy is here to support you.

Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to explore your challenges, values, and goals. During our 50-minute session, you can expect a safe, judgment-free space to talk openly about what’s on your mind. I’ll listen, ask questions, and guide you toward insights and tools to help you navigate your concerns.

The length of therapy varies for everyone and depends on your individual needs and goals. I usually recommend starting with at least three sessions to get a feel for the process and begin building a sense of safety and trust. In that time, many clients start to feel more at ease, gain some initial clarity, and decide whether they’d like to continue. Some people find short-term support helpful, while others choose to stay longer for deeper exploration and lasting change. We’ll talk about your goals early on and adjust as we go to make sure therapy continues to support your unique journey.

That depends on your goals, your availability, and what feels manageable for you. Many clients choose to start with weekly sessions to build momentum and create a strong foundation. Others may prefer biweekly sessions, especially if they have busy schedules or are using therapy for ongoing support. We’ll discuss what works best for you and can adjust the frequency at any time.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and those looking to prioritize self-care. My client-centered approach focuses on helping you reconnect with your values and live in alignment with your authentic self. Whether you’re working through a specific issue or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to support you.

It’s totally normal to feel nervous—starting something new, especially something personal like therapy, can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and in control. We’ll move at a pace that works for you, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Think of therapy as a collaborative conversation, focused on helping you feel supported, understood, and empowered.
