My Therapy Services
I work with people from all walks of life—helping professionals, caregivers, students, newcomers, creatives, and those exploring identity or healing from lived experience. Learn more about the people I support and the work we do to foster reflection, growth, and reconnection with what matters most.
Group Psychotherapy
I also offer structured cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) groups designed to provide both practical tools and meaningful support. These small group sessions follow a clear, research-informed framework and blend psychoeducation with therapeutic exercises to help participants better understand themselves and create lasting change. Current offerings address a variety of presenting concerns, such as self-esteem, self-compassion, perfectionism, procrastination, and social anxiety.

Walk & Talk
Combine nature, exercise and talk therapy on the K&P Trail (Cordukes Road at Burbrook Road) in Kingston.

My office is located at 2263 Princess Street, Unit 3, at the intersection of Princess Street and Sydenham Road in Kingston, Ontario. Free parking is available on-site. Please enter through the side door with the blue awning and take a seat in the waiting room—I’ll come greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
