Whether you’re managing a busy schedule or prefer the flexibility of online support, virtual therapy offers a convenient way to prioritize your mental health.

I currently offer virtual appointments on Sunday afternoons from 1 to 4 p.m., and Tuesday through Thursday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m.
