Adult Therapy
Adult psychotherapy offers a private, one-on-one space to explore what’s weighing on you—whether it’s stress, self-doubt, relationship concerns, or life transitions. Grounded in trust and collaboration, this process is tailored to your needs and pace, helping you deepen self-understanding, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Flexible. Convenient. Accessible.
Appointment Options For You
Making time for therapy shouldn’t add more stress to your life. With easy online booking and a range of appointment times available, including evenings and weekends, you can choose a time that works with your schedule, not against it. Adult sessions are offered in-person, virtually, or through Walk & Talk.
RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF
A Safe Space to
Be Real
In a world where carefully curated images and polished posts dominate our feeds, it’s easy to feel like everyone else has it all together while we quietly struggle behind the scenes. Life can be overwhelming, and pretending everything is fine only adds to the weight you carry. Therapy offers a space to be honest with yourself, to untangle the thoughts that keep you stuck, and to move toward a more meaningful life.

It’s Okay to Not Be Okay
Even in 2026, mental health stigma persists. Many of us are quick to support a friend in distress, yet struggle to extend that same compassion inward. When challenges don’t resolve on their own, we often blame ourselves, seeing it as a personal failing rather than a call for care. Some of us were raised in families where it wasn’t safe to be vulnerable—where emotional honesty was met with silence, shame, or dismissal. It’s no wonder we’ve learned to push through, even when we’re quietly falling apart.
Taking the First Step
You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. You don’t need the perfect words, a neat story, or a clear idea of what you want to work on. Many people come to therapy simply knowing they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or off-track. That’s enough. My job isn’t to judge or fix you; it’s to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you make sense of what you’re going through. Small steps count. Your questions, hesitations, and uncertainties are welcome here.
How I Can Help
Therapy looks different for everyone, but there are a few core ways I often support people on their journey. Together, we might slow things down and simplify what feels overwhelming. We may explore the past to better understand how it’s shaped you, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and begin to shift them. It’s about building insight, clarity, and a deeper sense of ownership over your life so you can move forward in a way that feels more aligned with who you are.
